Kovalev had no chance against the other Titleist and would have been legitimately knocked out by the other Titleist at 175 and would not have made 12 million dollars with even 2 fights at light heavy. He took a pay off of 12 million dollars, so now he can't make excuses when exactly what all of us smart fans knew was going to happen, happened.

Even Andre Ward said, he's not the Krusher anymore.

Yup he's been knocked out once in each of the past 3 years.

Before the fight Kovalev said it's a good thing that the Canelo fight was so soon after the Yarde fight, or not a bad thing. But now he's saying the opposite. To be fair, it did seem too soon after Kovalev's previous fight, but it probably wasn't the main reason he lost. The Krusher is no more, but he had a very good career, was a world champion and got paid very well. Now he can retire, rather than fight Beterbiev or Bivol, fights I don't think he can win.

                    Dam shame

Neither guy looked like anything but dam Kova he was so small compared to you and you fought like the smaller guy. This jus makes Mayweather look that much better not that Alvarez was so good! If I were Mayweather I would continue to say I beat all of them!

If he had 6 months off from his last fight he would of blamed him getting knocked out on the long layoff. There is always excuses from Kovalev it's who he is that's my point. His trainer was saying this was an advantage but as soon as he got knocked out that was the first excuse he had ready to go LMAO
