That KO Was Legit. Left Hookercut right to Kov's temple and Straight To The Chin

Canelo threw the lefthook with an upward arc and hit Kov right on the temple. Shook his brain and balance. He bambi danced straight into a chin shot from Canelo's monster straight right.

It was a beautiful 2 piece. Looks more skillful than Lennox's 2 piece on Rahman.

The reason is Kov had his full guard up. Defense was sound. So Canelo arched the left shot upwards to Kov's temple.

Same kind of shot Ruiz clipped Joshua with that he never recovered from in their fight. Crazy how it makes your legs just give out and not respond to what your brain tells them to do.

Kovalev fought scared all night. He didn't wanna eat any counter shots so he never threw any power punches with conviction. He sucks on the inside to the point where the guy doesn't even know how to tie up his opponent.

bro i felt the same way when he fought GGG. who always looked dominant in the ring and throw hard. GGG's jab breaks faces and KD's people too.

yet when he was in there with Canelo, for some reason his punches just looked so weak.


i have to give credit to Canelo, it's that his body language is so insanely strong that he makes Kovalev and GGG look weak in comparison. it's actually pretty crazy.


Canelo bursts look so powerful with his TSSSST TSSST TSST like prime Tyson. yes presentation do matter.

Nothing wrong with the KO, peach actually though Kovalev was looking a bit ragged by then, but yeah Kovalev's performance was tentative all night, probably wary of the counter.

Oh and revelated absolutely nothing like the Simakov stoppage, where Roman basically crumpled to his knees without really being hit with anything. Using that example was not only cheap it was also entirely inaccurate and anyway had nothing to do with whether a punch would look like a dive or not.
