Many thought that Khan won all 5 rounds in the Canelo fight only losing round 6 in which he was KOd, while some had the Canelo vs Kovalev fight a closer, tighter affair for it's duration. Who actually won more rounds against Canelo? The former 135 lb fighter or the career 175 lb fighter?

Khan was getting his ass whooped in the 5th and for me Canelo took the 4th. -
While Khan won rounds more clearly, almost nobody was under any illusion that it was
A) Going to last
B) Canelo wasn't perfectly happy with how the fight was progressing
Kov could have used as much energy as Khan and been far more effective, but probably suffered a similar fate (at a similar point in time)Comment

Canelo wasn't trying to win rounds when he fought Khan. Canelo knew he could knock Khan out early and he did.
I haven't seen the fight yet since DAZN ***** asses delayed it, but it sounds like Kov was boxing well.Comment
