You gotta admit, whether you love or hate Canelo, he really does have a lot of great names on his resume:

Austin Trout
Erislandy Lara
Miguel Cotto
Amir Khan
GGG
Daniel Jacobs
Kovalev

Some of these names were seen as feared guys (Lara, GGG, Kovalev) and Canelo manages to have wins over them. That’s very impressive.

I'm not a Canelo fan, but unifying the WBC, Super WBA and IBF world middleweight championships and then winning the WBO world light heavyweight championship in his very next fight is extremely impressive. Especially since he won the title at the higher weight by knockout. Kudos to Canelo.

You can toss shot Mosley, Khan, shot Kovalev (who he trailed badly against) off that and he arguably lost to old and small Cotto, Trout and clearly lost to Lara and old Golovkin twice. Jacobs could have been a draw.
