i believe that holding/clinching that wlad did was something that he just started working on. so yeah, as someone said, it is very un-klitscklo like. i am sure we will see him employ these tactics more skillfully in the future.

remember, wladimir's still learning on the job. he is so used to just walking through his opponents methodically. now, he's starting to learn the finer skills of strategy, even though he is the most skilled, at least offensively, in the division.

well,,hopefully he wont let briggs off the hook when he gets himself off balance after missing. he totally let peter off the hook when he'd get himself off balance. wlad fought scared in that fight and it affected his offense

I agree with Manny. Briggs is very dangerous for the first few rounds and then he fades.

Briggs is just another one of those muscle-bound bimbo HW who fades after about 4 rounds and is completely dead at 10 rounds. If Klitschko makes it past 4 rounds, which is likely, he will outbox Briggs and win by knockout.
