He didn't pop dirty,the 2 times the article references is previous occasions.
He missed test 1 time,both charlos missed tests & refused to answer their phones an entire week & couldn't be found at eithers houses or gyms,yet Charlos opponent Monroe Jr got suspended from their fight for a test he did take & Charlo went unpunished only for the wbc to then issue some bs "clarification "for future reference while giving the Charlos a slap on the wrist; even though cbp/vada rules say its automatic fail,& every fighter literally has to take a class to show they understand the program & sign that they understand.
