Hatton can't handle southpaws, that's for sure. Though isn't it too early to make judgements after ONE fight at the weight?

      That would make sense.
      But Juan Urango??
      Please.

His other option isn't that great either... I'll believe this when I see it. Hatton is many things, but a "*****" he is not.

I think his management are *******.
Ricky himself could move up to middleweight and he would still think he could win.

I don't understand at all once a fighter reaches that elite status its about the match ups not the trinkets. Elite fighters do not need belts in order to make money or to get opponents they just need to show up. I can understand guys like urango who need belts to get to higher status but not a guy like hatton or other top fighters. Often times some of the belt holders are not the real guys in the weight classes. I can understand wanting to have the belts and be the man but all you need in my book is the ring belt.

Hatton, who struggled in his welterweight debut in May when he won a belt from Luis Collazo, has agreements with both Urkal and Urango in place, either of which he can move forward with. However, Urango is now the more likely opponent. Whomever Hatton faces, the bout appears headed for Atlanta
