Why are white fighters not as technically skilled as black fighters???

what white fighters are more technically skilled than Floyd Mayweahter, Sugar Ray leonard, Bernard Hopkins, Sugar Ray Robinson, Cory Spinks, Vernon Forest, Ike quartey etc. Please tell me What white person is more Technical than these guys please really I want to hear it?

Some of the most technically skilled fighters of all time for their eras were white guys such a Tommy Loughran, Billy Conn, Willie Pep, Joey Maxim, Joe Choynski, Jim Corbett, Gene Tunney etc.

I don't see any kind of trend with black fighters being more technical than white fighters. What I see is this: during certain times in the sport's history, blacks became more impoverished and more urbanized, statistically, than other ethnicities, which lead to them dominating the sport, but the same can be said for irish, ***ish, italians etc. at different points in the sport's history. Latin americans have almost always dominated the lower weight classes, and now we are seeing the emergence of the eastern european heavyweight, with more and more people falling to poverty and living in cities in that area of the world.

Basically whichever ethnic groups of people are poor and predominantly living in urban areas are the ones most likely to take up boxing and, statistically, dominate it.
