Tyson is not overrated. A HW who gets ranked atop a P4P list alongside the likes of Julio Cesar Chavez doesn't get such a ranking by accident..

Given that his biggest wins were over a shot Larry Holmes and blown up light-heavyweight Michael Spinks, I think he's a bit overrated, yeah.

Maybe if he hadn't been jailed he'd have accomplished more....

Tyson wasn’t overrated in the 80s. He was the best heavyweight, undisputed champion and his wins over Holmes and Spinks mean much more than you’re giving him credit for.

He was slightly overrated in the 90s. He was supposed to be the best heavyweight and he was probably top 5.

He was incredibly overrated in the 2000s. He was marketed as the best heavyweight and he was nowhere near that.
