Mares vs Agbeko was a terrible ref job, but I've only seen him bad in one other fight since then. And trust me, I was looking for him to screw it up

No big surprise. Canelo is supposed to win this fight. It's in the interest of those in power than Canelo wins. Nobody in power wants Kovalev to win. That would be terrible and cost them lots of future money It's all neatly planned out. Canelo wins the fight and in doing so wins fighter of the year and fighter of the decade and becomes a bigger big shot than ever. I don't agree with it but that is how it is in my opinion.
