Nope, you fail a test or get caught up in some scandal with ties to PED's that point you outright as a user you shouldn't make it into the HOF. Not fair to the clean fighters.

It’s up to commissions to do something about drugs, not the IBHOF.

If all of someone’s big wins were vacated because they kept failing tests, they would never be considered.
