I personally think it is all just talk based on previous situations involving Tank matched up with certain boxers.

That said I would take Taylor easily based on what I have seen. Tank is a good puncher at his weightclass but at 140 I don't think he will be. On top of that Taylor would be massive compared to him and as shown against Prograis can take power and endure a grueling fight against a power puncher.
