That’s great sparring, Haney has much better defense than Ryan and is quicker!

Unless Eddie Reynoso has cleaned up his posture, defensive instincts and mechanics under fire then I expect Duno to put another Golden Fishnets promotions rising star to sleep!

Hopefully Ryan doesn’t allow the loss to affect his confidence too much, he’s young enough to come back as long as it’s not debilitating or punishing !

Yeah Ryan is fast and there are few fighters with his hand speed not sure if Haney is faster but he's up there and more overall skilled right now then Ryan. That's great sparring heading into the fight with Ryan.

Also Ryan taking shots at Duno's bad English saying he sounds like GGG. lol Duno is very quiet and humble but is ferocious in the ring this is a real fight. Will learn a lot about Ryan however it plays out.

If Ryan loses especially if it were by devastating ko I'm not sure he sticks around in boxing. with all the money and endorsements he has outside of boxing he might say why take punches.
