Comments Thread For: Arum Wants Stevenson-Warrington Next In The UK

RENO, Nevada Josh Warrington can no longer contend that there's not a fellow featherweight champion willing to fight him. A showdown with Warrington is the only bout Shakur Stevenson wants next. The newly crowned WBO 126-pound champion continued calling out Warrington after beating Joet Gonzalez by unanimous decision in their 12-rounder Saturday night at Reno-Sparks Convention Center

Shakurs fight with Joet just showed how great he is at clinching, and the ref never stopped it.

Imagine the Kid Galahad fight but somehow worst. That's how it'll end up as.

He'd be crazy to KO brother in law. I'm not a fan of Shakur's antics, but he never tried to hurt Joet. Then he's out there pleading with the people to talk to their daughter. I don't think Josh will get the same consideration.

Nope. Josh needs rest for at least 8-9 months after back to back wars

Warrington and Warren's bluff has been well and truly called; a unification -and the other guy will come to the UK!
                No excuses please.

Be a good time time to fights him for Warrington. Before he gets better.

Also Warrington is very physically strong if that’s gonna have an impact it’s now.

After running their mouths about how Santa Cruz and Valdez left the division to avoid Warrington, they'll look pretty bad if they go and ignore Shakur now
