Instant 8-division champion with only 22 lbs. weight difference (I think that's the smallest gap to make it possible)...

Then there comes other problems along the way (speed, power, stamina, chin, etc.)... And then boxers from lower weight classes are rarely popular with PPV powers... That even excludes fighting some of the best guys from a division...
Pacquiao is not 8 division champion he had no straps at 126 or 140

Off course he was under dog, if betting had started after the weighin Manny would be favorite, people were expecting Oscar to be his usual 160 on fightnight not weighing lighter than Manny , think Oscar against Floyd was 16lbs heavier than the version against Manny, thats a huge difference.

Non of it was Mannys fault except for the CW which started the chain reaction, he originally wanted 145 and Oscar wasnt going below 150 and then they made the fight at 147 a weight Oscar had not made in over 10 yrs it was ****** as well as underestimating Manny, Oscar even when a LW was 147 fight night.

Oscar was the worst case of a drained fighter Ive ever seen in 50yrs following the sport, wasnt Mannys fault but you cant say it was a great win when you know the opponents was totally ruined.

Inoue isn’t going above two more weight classes if at all. He’s smaller than Donaire and I doubt his power will carry.

You can say that, nothing wrong with that... But he has The Ring belts in those divisions and I'm counting those since those are harder to capture, especially if one needs to avoid quality oppositions...

                    That ''recipe to success''....
Spend 1st 40+ fights battling farmers and food vendors
Hopefully you're a southpaw with pop and a smile
Time it where even if you get ktfo, you can say you were raw
Fight some shop worn vets who are on their way to HOF
By this time, you should have made a name for yourself $$$
Have excuses ready when someone questions your integrity
Find another guy on his way to the HOF and bring his ass down
Now that you're the man, take on as many soft touches as possible
The less active the better (make sure they are not southpaws, though)
