its nice that hearn wants to offer davis "5 mil" and get farmer "3 mil" or "3+mil" or whatever....but that's because hearn is desperate....he cant get farmer a decent fight....it doesn't jive with what the plan for tank is and his moves with showtime.....tank doesn't need farmer...he can still go get 2-3 mil right at home doing what haymon/showtime want him to do.....farmer/hearn/dazn need and want tank a heck of a lot more than tank needs farmer

tank can stay right at home and get good viewers right there on showtime and position himself as lomas mando and fight a good name known to boxing fans.......the heck does he wanna go over to a rival network and fight in front of 200,000(at best) viewers for? a few extra bucks? please.....tank has a great team in place and the backing of showtime....their plan is much bigger than going over to DAZN for a few extra bucks...trust that

$500,000 is a lot of money to give up because you really want something.

Hearn said he offered a 60/40 split with Davis’ cut being $5 million.

That means Farmer gets over $3 million.

short term it is....tank is 24...and hes already made good money...hes not moving for 500k....the showtime/haymon plan long term is worth wayyyyy more than 500k man.....hes on 7 straight showtime/ppv appearances.....why go to a rival network over 500k-1 mil?

hes about to fight a bigger name than farmer and position himself as #1 for lomas wba strap.....

500k is a lot to us....to a fighter with the backing of haymon, Floyd and showtime its not

maybe to farmer its a lot of money...but to the other guy it isn't.....and that's what the factor here is

bottom line shane....tank don't need farmer...farmer needs tank...and if he wants to fight tank hes going to have to do it on his terms...not hearns....showtime/Floyd/haymons plan for tank is larger than some extra bucks today to go over to another network
