Comments Thread For: Prograis: I'll Hurt Taylor; He Won't Be Able To Hurt Me!

It's rather simple, according to Regis Prograis. He'll be able to take Josh Taylor's power Saturday night, but Taylor won't withstand his hardest shots. Prograis expects to exploit what he considers Taylor's defensive deficiencies and is confident he can stop the unbeaten Scottish southpaw in their World Boxing Super Series 140-pound final at O2 Arena in London.

Taylor’s too basic. If he wins I will eat tripe

Prograis vs Flanagan as a barometer for Taylor

I think Prograis vs Flanagan is a better barometer at how the fight can unfold. Both Bits are tall and southpaw.

I thought Flanagan had was cautious and disciplined during the fight with Prograis. Flanagan is very tough and others could have been knocked out by the same flush punches from Prograis.

Having said that, Prograis' upper body and head movement was really good and he was landing his jab and right hands. Flanagan didn't know how to get to him...
