Franchise champions, Diamond Champions, Super Champions, interim champions etc. Where does boxing draw the line?

Between the two they could plausibly have SEVEN world �champions� at one weight class.

I think we should stop recognizing any of them. That doesn't mean the fighters won't though.

It has been a long time coming. One belt, one champion per division. You will see the best fight the best more often. Gone will be going through the path from the least resistance. Gone will be those multiple weight belt holders.

I’d love to see a fighter stand up for the sport, pull a Rid**** Bowe type stunt and put the belt in the bin. Tell them they ain’t getting their 3% because the belts have any prestige or credibility.

I agree though, it ain’t gonna happen.

They need to make PBC, Top Rank, and DAZN belts just like they have in MMA with each promotion crowning their own champions.

At this point, real boxing fans SHOULD stop recognizing the 'bc and the 'ba. They've corrupted the sport, care nothing about the fans, created bs secondary, super, interim, gold, regular, franchise, huichol, mayan, aztec, Navajo, arapaho, slapaho.e titles, do not have unified criteria, etc....I say fuc.kem all, but let's start with the 2 most egregious at the moment. Hit up social media, hit up your favorite boxers and their teams, hit up the boxing press, hit up fat Dan and steve Kim and max and steven A and espn, all the networks, promoters, sports radio, your local athletic commissions etc. It needs to be a wave, not a trickle. Let's get a petition going like others have done for causes. I'm sure if we can get all the knuckleheads in here to sign it that it CAN go viral, noticed, if not acted on then at least brought up in conversations.
