We've passed through "broken jaw" now it's broken ribs. Keep hating.Reach isn't that important when you are so multidimensional and one of the best range cutters in boxing. Go watch how Davis neutralizes opponents' reach and gets in range before opponents even know it. Look at his hard walk in right jab to the ribs. He can also jump at opponents cobra style.
Loma is gonna suffer some broken ribs.
War Davis!

He does not have discipline. Without it you may be good but can' become greatI respect your analysis, but I disagree. I never said Tank Davis was the perfect fighter to beat Lomachenko. Only that he would cause the most problems between those three. Remember, the discussion was strictly a comparison between Tank, Lopez, and Haney.
Ability wise, Lopez is a lesser version than Tank. Even worse is that he's shown mental weakness in his response to things not going his way. Let's not forget he damn near retired after the fight with the Japanese dude. He's only recently come out of hiding after a few months of silence. I could see Loma not only beating him, but discouraging him. This fight might be a case of Loma taking his soul. I don't see how you could have him performing better than Tank, but I'd love to hear it.
As far as Devin Haney goes, I'll admit, I don't think anywhere near as highly of him as most. I don't think he's a special talent. He's good, but Loma is just better at everything. He just is.
Tank isn't the boxer Loma is, but he at least brings real punching power and speed to the table, and I've seen Loma hurt before. I also think he has more dog in him then Lopez or Haney, and I don't see him packing it in the moment things get rough. I think Davis can get to Loma, and if he can get to him, he can hurt him. Loma likely beats all three, but Davis has the talent to worry him.
Lastly, I think using Rigo and Gary Russell as examples of why Loma would school Tank Davis doesn't work. Rigo wasn't just shorter, he was two weight classes smaller. That automatically disqualifies that comparison as Tank will be in the same weight class, and won't be knocked off balance by every jab Loma lands.
You also said, Gary Russell has more skills than Tank. How so? Russell has fast hands and the story ends there. He's not as explosive as Tank, but do tell about all these skills he possesses that Tank does not.Comment

Take Lopez out & put Haney in. Why do you think bob asked for a franchise tag on l0m0? So Devin wouldn't whoop him, duh.Comment
