The dude I quoted was wrong in what he said.

He said Canelo only fights the weakest of every division. I named 4 fighters who were the best. And your response is to talk about your opinion on who won.

Classic r/tarded boxingscene. The other guy I quoted I see is saying the same thing as you. His opinion on the winners of those fights. Straight up mentally ill.
Your point is absolute garbage. So by your logic a fighter who has a winless career must be applauded for fighting all the top guys he could despite the fact he came out with zero wins?!

You can oly give credit to Canelo if he fought these guys and came out as the winner convincingly but the reality is he performed very ordinarily.

A resume is just a resume: a list of opponents. Its the performance against said opponents that matters and lets face it some of these were very ordinary performances even when he had the advantage of fighting at his favourite 155lbs catchweight.

What that old crook talking about ? Canelo moved to light heavyweight to become champion..why he can't fight Beterbiev then ??

Absolutely not. As I say a list of oponents doesn't tell the whole story. With Canelo there was PED cheating, catchweights, rehydration clauses, dodgy decisions, average performances etc so his resume literally doesn't hold its weight when you break it down.

Mohummed Ali truly had an amazing resume and each of the victories were done so in emphatic style. Thats what you call a resume. Ginger boy has a long way to go.

Whether you like the decision or not,or the catch-weights,or the average performances (whatever the hell that means) he has still fought amazing competition. You need to keep things simple. Whether you like the way the decision went or not HE STILL FOUGHT THESE GUYS. I know you are a GGG fan so out of every fan base you should probably leave the topic of resumes alone because GGG resume is morbid when compared to Canelos. I know you don't like Canelo but all the extra stuff you are trying to say about his fights won't change the fact that his resume absolutely deficates on most fighters including GGG.

GGG has been a career middleweight and its not his fault that in his prime fighters were ducking him, the division was not at its strongest and the promoters were protecting their champions. He could've potentially fought Sturm, Martinez, Cotto but they didn't want that work and he should've fought Canelo in 2016 but that was an emphatic duck by the ginger one.

Wasn't it Bob Foster that moved up to HW and fought for a title and then realized he beat a lesser titlist so then he fought for the lineal title? Where are those fighters today? Not just jumping divisions picking up trinkets but seeking out lineal championships? How can you call yourself champ which inplies you are the best when there are so many titles per division now? Boxing has become a absolute joke. While I like the Kovalev-Canelo fight and see it as a legacy fight I cannot for the sake of the sport call Canelo a SMW champ for beating Fielding for a lesser title. We as fans need to hold boxing accountable to make it 1 champ per division. if we don't the sanctionin bodies will continue to make up belts and water down our sport. Canelo needs to fight the lineal at 168 and 175. He has the clout to clean up the sport and set a example for future generations. That will leave quite a legacy.
