fighting Kovalev IS a strategic move by Canelo
look...
1) ignore the ***wits... they do not matter, and they know it
2) FACT: if Canelo beats Kovalev... that would be a excellent win
3) nobody said Kovalev was the best at 175, and nobody said he needed to be
4) Kovalev IS one of the best at 175, there is no question about that... every single one of these fools would have bet their life that Gvozdyk would beat Kovalev, and yet I can see Gvozdyk being dismantled by Kovalev just like he was dismantled by Beterbiev... and just like Kovalev dismantled Alvarez and Yarde... don't listen to the casuals, they are talking shlt
5) Canelo has not retired, he could still fight some of these boogiemen... but if he never fights at 175 again, the Kovalev win will be seen for what it is... a LOT better than Pacquiao's win over Margarito, and WAAAAAY better Golovkins win over Rolls lol... WHO CARES... because, Canelo is CLEARLY not a LHW
I do however expect Canelo to fight the best at 168 if he moves up from 160... the trinket at 175 is just a power-play

Hells no. I still haven’t made my pick tbh. Kovalev a dangerous fight.
You know this. Canelo didn’t have to fight Trout or Lara. This is the same Canelo daring with Krusher. In fact how many fans have said those guys beat Canelo and corruption blah blah blah. Kovalev is a seasoned LHW and way harder than Trout or Lara.
Even Rozier just said just because Ward, Eleider and Yarde exposes some kinks doesn’t mean the Middleweight can.Comment
