Savannah Marshall maintained her unbeaten run with a stoppage win. The Hartlepool super-middleweight, 28, is closing in on a world title shot. Marshall, who made her Matchroom debut earlier this summer at the O2 Arena in London, as part of the supporting cast to Luke Campbell's vacant WBC lightweight world title defeat against WBA, WBO and Ring Magazine champion Vasyl Lomachenko, got her sixth early finish as a pro at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle.

In 8 fights, Marshall has stopped 6 fighters and the two fighters she didn't stop, she dropped. The two fighters with winning records on her resume, she dropped one of them and stopped the other.
