But all this is just hypothetical... Bivol wants nothing of what he saw last night...

do you see Bivol's footwork? the reason he can cruise to 12-0 decisions with his 1-2 is because he never has to get out of first gear.

same thing as Usyk. their footwork is on a different level.

Beterbiev will be frustrated. Gvosdyk is a much bigger target with a long body and less mobile feet.

Beterbiev won't find Bivol's body to slow him down

Did you see how Beterbiev was able to negate the abilities of a Elite Bounce and move Fighter last night... The thing is this might work early until Artur finds his range and a solution for your plan... Then he will get in and do his Job...

Gvozdyk has more or less the same abilities as Bivol and has allegedly more Pop and a better Jab... If he couldn't get around Beterbiev on a stellar night (because that's best I have seen of him..) then I wonder how Bivol could do it... If anything he would go down faster...

Bivol is the better boxer but is he phsysically strong enough to handle Beterbiev? Beterbiev will close the gap and will test Bivol's heart, chin and stamina.

Gvosdyk is a boxer puncher. he sets his feet when he throws and trades every single round. He was walking Beterbiev down the first 6 rounds. it was a dumb ass strategy. Bivol would never do that.

he is not an elite mover and he is long, fights tall, making him a big target for the body attack.

Bivol has elite movement and his compact style completely negates any form of body attack. They will play tag upstairs and Bivol wins more than not.

Accurate Power, Boxing I.Q. and Volume will always smash Patty Punching and Dancing around... Only chance for Bivol (or anyone) is to negate Beterbiev confidence in his abilities and make him doubt early... Phasing out Artur is a hard task as one of the Elite found out last night...

Most here still won't give Beterbiev credits for mastering his own style and technique... Always been and always will be...

Bivol has higher ring IQ than Beterbiev. he has taken less damage against better competition up until Gvosdyk.

Beterbiev's style lends him to take punishment and risks.

it'll look look like Usyk vs Gassiev.

no i do. you're basing his ring IQ on lastnight's fight against a very good fighter who came to him and he started counter-punching.

but the problem is Gvozdyk was walking Beterbiev down exactly like how Dorticos was walking Gassiev down. it was like he wanted revenge and fought emotionally and dumb. Both punchers were being walked down and wore their opponents down to the body then eventually won by sensational TKO.

Usyk and Bivol will never do that. they will stink out a place before walking the puncher down.

Most here thought the same of Gvozdyk prior to last night... See what happened...

Unless Gvozdyk made a statement early I was confident Artur would prevail... But Gvozdyk was never able to put doubts in Beterbiev's mind despite being in his best form ever... Same will happen with Bivol when/if that fight happens... He will get him, dance around him, probably win some early rounds... I doubt he can punish him enough to put doubt in his mind though...

But yeah... I'm happy for you to root for Bivol... He's an Elite too...
