I don’t understand your post at all.

What does what everyone thought would happen in GGG-Canelo 1 have to do with the fact that Canelo always gets the benefit of the doubt on the scorecards?

I was impressed with how well Canelo did in the first fight but still scored it 116-112 GGG. Scoring that fight for Canelo is insane and scoring it a draw is giving Canelo the benefit of the doubt.

The benefit of the doubt scoring for Canelo also happened in the rematch and in his fights against Lara, Jacobs, Trout and Mayweather.

I disagree. None of those fighters are 36 yrs old, none of those fighters have the wear and tear Kovalev has, none of those fighters have been stopped twice in the past couple of years like Kovalev has, none of those fighters were nearly stopped by a novice just about 7 weeks ago. No way Canelo opens up as a 4-1 favorite over any of them. Canelo won't open up as a 4-1 favorite over andrade, Charlo, callum smith, plant or benavidez either. You know about ******** so you should know that while it's not a lock, they base their odds on several factors and all of those factors come into play in this fight and that's also why team Canelo decided to go in that direction. Again, Do you think they'd pick Kovalev if he was the same guy that was knocking pascal all over the ring?

I guess will find out. Win or lose Kovalov will still keep fighting at LHW and who knows we might see him in the ring with one of them...

So if we want to assume Canelo wins?? I expect Saunders to say he wants Canelo next and being a champ one division lower the WBO would approve of Canelo vs. Saunders at LHW. Or Canelo vs. Zurdo the #2 Ranked WBO might make a lot of sense come Cinco De Mayo 2020. If Bob is working with Kov. can't see why he wouldn't let Zurdo fight??? Assuming Canelo will fight another Mexican of course.

I prefer Canelo fighting Charlo or Andrade of course but I can't see him going back down???

You do got me a lil curious??? Which 8 rounds did GGG CLEARLY win to you??? I'm GLAD you GIFTED Canelo at least 4??? Did they by chance have eraser marks on them??? You looked down and saw all 12 for GGG and to look somewhat competent you changed four rounds to Canelo. 8 rounds??? Man you should of just gave GGG all 12? Maybe even be different add 13 and 14 rounds for GGG.

In fact, only one person out of the 25 on press row scored the first fight for Canelo. They must all be GGG fan boys too.

And for the record, I scored the GGG-SD fight 116-111 for SD. That’s 9-3 against the guy you think I’m a fan of. Would a GGG fan boy do that? Lol, no.

Golovkin lost 5 CLEAR rounds, AT LEAST... in that fight... also, he did not start strong, he did not finish strong, and he was largely ineffective for large spots in that fight

Golovkin was lucky to keep his titles, I have seen the A-side get much worse decisions than that in vegas... G got what Kovalev deserved in the first fight with Ward, a shaky draw
