I kept meaning to ask why this fight is on a Friday anyway? I don't follow any other sports, but is there some major event on Saturday they're trying to avoid? I thought Friday was traditionally for the prospects and up and comers...?

My guess is because college football is on Saturday on ESPN. When people are checking espn on a saturday night typically 9/10 times theyre checking for football not boxing.

Just my opinion, anyone else wanna chime in??
