Not really. He you don’t know how long he was drinking or how much or exactly when the test was administered. He could have been hammered then chilled for an hour before driving. We don’t have all the facts. Plus in this case they would attempt to save his life before giving him a breathalyzer

A lot of it maybe covered by insurance but he was drinking so who knows. Expensive; he just blew a lot of dough.
