is it a good fight just because its a haymon fighter? gamboa is shot. jason sosa mopped the floor with him and got robbed. castellanos destroyed him. he went life and death with alexis reyes whoever that is. we have enough evidence. no notable wins in 5 plus years and really bad losses/performances almost every time out. where is gamboa ranked at 135? i dont see him anywhere in anyones top 10. let me guess gamboa is better than guys like campbell, pedraza, etc...because you know who he is and he use to be good 10 years ago? thats a good argument canelo needs to fight roy jones and prove he's better than the gvodzyk-beterbiev winner

A good fight? Gamboa blows. His best days are YEARS ago. This is nothing more than a showcase fight for davis. Nothing more nothing less. I get it you're a fan of his, but putting lipstick on a pig still makes it a pig. Gamboa is there is a FADED name for his resume. C'mon now.

Great clip. I think Davis will be much better than Crawford and more fluid at 135. Very clear Crawford was much, much bigger than Gamboa. I always thought he was a kinda weight bully at 135.

I expect Davis to shine with some possible rough patches here and there. Gamboa is no joke.
