Yeah but the article you’re referring to is specifically talking about Title fights. The danger is everywhere, moreso in prospect fatalities so far...
And, you’re referring to the second day weigh in of 10lbs max the morning of like the IBF, yet still the fighter can gain weight towards fight night.
Still, even if a Middleweight is 176lbs from 160 that’s 10%. 12-13% realm is like Callum Smith, Benavidez, or Zurdo... those guys can hit 20lb in the ring.

They lost me when they said “California is one of the most prominent combat sports regulatory bodies in the World”??? If I remember correctly Margarito was allowed to box there with his retina problems and numerous other boxers not being able to box in Nevada allowed to in Cali??
