Comments Thread For: Deontay Wilder: Andy Ruiz is Bigger Fight For Me Than Joshua!

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder will keep a very close eye on the December rematch between Andy Ruiz and Anthony Joshua. Ruiz captured the IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO world titles back on June 1, when he dropped Joshua four times to secure a seventh round stoppage. The rematch will take place on December 7th in Saudi Arabia.

Depends on the rematch really doesn’t it. Joshua starches Ruiz in a round and that’s the bigger fight again. Joshua looks like trash and gets beaten, or Ruiz makes easy work of him then guaranteed that’s a huge fight in the states.

Who ever have the belts after the rematch should be the biggest fight to be made.

Not only is that not true, it's not even is the same universe as the truth.

Joshua is the money man in the division still and they are giving that money to him for laughs, it's because of the interest he brings, that's just how it is at present, it's why he is making 5 times what Wilder or Ruiz is making

... I'm still rooting for Ruiz in the rematch vs Joshua... but I don't know what "normally" will happen...

(if Ruiz is winning this one, I can't automatically see him fighting Wilder next...)...

What Wilder means is "PLEASE KEEP JOSHUA AWAY FROM ME". Well dont worry Beyonce we got that message loud and clear from you quite a while ago.

Wilder speaking facts! Wilder vs. Ruiz would be HUGE because Mexican fans, and Latinos fans, in the U.S., are the target market! That's why Hearn chose Ruiz Jr. for NYC! That's why GGG fought "Mexican Style!" That's why Tyson Fury is acting like Nacho Libre! That's why Floyd created Cinco de Mayweather! That's why Canelo is the face of DAZN and not Joshua!

Looking back, it seems Ruiz, Joshua and Wilder are all bums.
Fury is the better fighter of all. But sick of all the sizzle in the pan but no steak.

I only hope we see the new generation like Ajagba, Hrgovic, Dubois, take the mantle and kick these bums out.
