I understand sparring with shorter quicker guys but why do they have to be chubby??
Is this to gauge how much room he has in the ring or whether his own weight will be enough for a chubby Heavyweight??
I just can't understand why they need to be chubby maybe it's a sight focus sort of thing.
If anyone can let me know would be appreciated.Comment

Right now AJs team doesn't know it's ass from a ham sandwich. Ruiz exposed AJ'S weaknesses, such as no head movement, no lateral movement, no ability to improvise or deal with adversity under pressure. This was the first time someone who was not at the end of the road took it to him. They might try to work on the head and foot movement, but he will revert after a few rounds. Very surprised such a successful amateur with so many flaws.Comment

Joshua is very skillfully marketed by Hearn as some kind of master boxer.
The actual truth is that most of his opponents are handpicked to make him look good against.
He is actually pretty limited in terms of dealing with smaller guys with good fundamental skills.
Parker and even Takam frustrated the Nigerian Bodybulider, Ruiz was just too much for him to handle.Comment
