You know, this sounds silly, but I bet its all part of building AJ back up psychologically. He seems super frail psychologically, so getting him in the ring every day with guys who are morphologically similar to Ruiz Jr might be as important to building AJ's confidence as matching Ruiz Jr's fighting style. I think Andy's really got him shook in a bad way. AJ got his ass beaten so badly by a fatty that AJ now fears fatties.

Dumbest thing I've ever heard. You can't recreate Andy Ruiz. AJ is so fragile that beating up on guys levels below Ruiz who have a similar build will do nothing for him come fight night. He will win 2 or 3 of the first 5 rounds then be gassed and Andy will KO him AGAIN
