To be honest, I don't really believe fighters duck each other unless it's
their promoters fault or the fighters come out and say they did ducked him (Ie: Eubank Jones).

I mean Jones-Bernard, both were too stubborn to come to an agreement, but I'm sure they both wanted to fight each other.

Floyd wanted Oscar and just played the waiting game insted of fighting Margarito. Then he fought Baldomir because he was the true champion regradless. By the time then, he also hated Arum.

Not sure on the Viatli thing though....
