spence and his f#cking promoter have no obligation to send you pictures while he's swollen and all cut up. he supposedly suffered severe lacerations to his face, probably from going through a windshield or side window. he doesn't want pictures circulating that his kids, parents, wife / GF, female relatives, etc to see.
