If he wanted to try to end the fight early he'd put himself in a position to get hurt. He never seriously hurt Chazz so there was no need to push for a stoppage early. He's not even that type of fighter.'

It was a typcal Usyk performance. Usyk did exactly what he did at Cruiserweight. Slow start to technically work out his opponent then turned up the heat in the mid rounds with pressure and becomes more aggressive when his opponent start fading. He doesn't carry his opponents. It's just the way he fights.

        Funny how that works, huh?

Usyk might've had a tougher fight with Takam but I don't think Takam is good enough to beat someone like Usyk.

He's not. He's probably fresher than Witherspoon but it's not like Usyk ducked him or something. He changed promoters and ran.

This fight with Chazz does not prove that Usyk is a threat. But it does not disprove it either... He beat a heavyweight basically not by throwing punches, but by threat of throwing punches. Purely with cardio. Which proved that extra 15 pounds did now slow Usyk down all that much. He may not hit concussive enough to KO big heavyweight, but we can't assume this basing on the last fight. Because he did not commit to his punches. If he commits, he definitely has some power (he KOd Bellew with a single punch). Combining with accuracy his power may be enough to do damage.

I'm sure he got some power but when he KO'd Bellew that wasn't really a single punch. Bellew was dead tired and Usyk hurt him with a sneaky left hand that hurt Bellew badly and then a nice one two and down went an exhausted Bellew...if I'm not mistaken.
