I think that there is 0 chance of Usyk beating Fury or Wilder
I actually think there is almost 0 chance that he will ever fight one of them
if his next fight at heavyweight is the Joshua/Ruiz winner... then his heavyweight run stops there
I truly believe that the only reason why Usyk moved to heavyweight is because Hearn guaranteed him a shot at AJ...
... back when Usyk first mentioned moving to heavyweight, Hearn was frantically attempting to fill up AJ's dance-card... and we all remember why
good fighter, and GREAT guy... but cruiser was his worldComment

Wow..
Look at the factors at play here:
Heavyweight debut - whilst Usyk will have been sparring heavyweights for years, it’s a different experience fighting someone 30lbs heavier. No doubt this was a ‘feeler’ fight
He’s been out of the ring for nearly a year, and it’s the first fight since a bicep injury which means no sparring And a disrupted gym routine
His preparations were for 3 different opponents - Takam, Spong and then Witherspoon.
Do people really expect him to be blowing opponents away given those circumstances?
If he appears less than stellar with his next opponent, then maybe there’s a case to doubt. But even if so, it’s far too early and with far too many circumstances to give an accurate portrayal of HW Usyk. Even if he suffers at HW next time, the people hating now will all still be wrong given how early you’re casting judgementComment

I think usyk did a lot of good things lsst night but i want to wait until he gets in there after a few more at hw. I dont think he is ready for the top but can be. Im cocerned about the lack of ko power. Atm i think he will do better than the other cruiser champs in the past
Will he be adamek or will he be holy?Comment
