    ridiculous. if they're concerned about fighter safety and uneven matches, maybe they should look at 90% of non-televised bouts which they have no problem sanctioning. tons of unnecessary injuries. i bet this is politics and the dude was actually too dangerous.

      That's pretty much what it looks like by the numbers. Del Valle last fought in September coming off a stoppage victory. His last 3 fights ended in stoppage victories. Yuandale Evans has been out of the ring as long as Frampton has.
