Theres been no real updates on his condition in 2 days but hes still apparently in the hospital. No pictures either.

Only 2 possibilities here.

1. He is in a lot worse shape than they are letting on, even with no broken bones.

2. They are intentionally minimizing headlines because they know the DUI charge is coming and they want to minimize the coming bad publicity.

Good analysis.
They should at least inform if he's out of the ICU, which would be the case by now if minimal injuries occurred.

I believe studies were done, a loose, drunk person sustains lesser injures that a tense person who is fully aware of what's happening and about to happen.

Also a possibility is that he fell asleep too.

They could just be still monitoring him because some injuries are delayed with crashes. He'll feel fine today and then have a stiff neck days later.

I hope Errol Spence condition is as good as they say he is, but, Errol was driving a Ferrari at almost 100 mph, drinking, 3:00 am, no seat belt, car flips five times, Errol gets ejected from the car, and the only injures are reputedly just facial bruises, and lost teeth. Errol Spence is either the luckiest guy ever, or the reports of his condition are greatly understated. Lets pray that Errol is the luckiest guy ever.
