The reason I say it's their fault though is, they never put the spotlight on it. Of course lies will win the day if truth doesn't speak. Once the spotlight is shown on corruption or incompetence, the corruption goes dark, or the incompetence is addressed. But as long as fighters stay silent about it, either can keep happening.
