There are better fights for Charlo no doubt. The only good thing about this fight is seeing Hogan get rewarded for the bad scoring in the Muniaga fight. Many people had him winning so it’s great that he is getting another title shot.

It would be better if this shot was against another 154 lb champ rather than Charlo.

There is really nobody for the guy to fight at PBC. Maybe a Hurd fight in 2020 but besides that, PBC is a wasteland st 160.

They need to get with Jacob's or Andrade and make a 1 fight deal on DAZN

Jacobs would probably fold Charlo and Andrade would make him look silly. Those fights probably won’t happen. Brant or Murata would be decent tests but they are on espn... hopefully Hurd moves up

PBC will do anything to not risk losing a title to another promoter/broadcaster. Playing it safe to ensure that paper title stays in PBC. Greed from these companies creates a frustrating situation for the fans. All promoters are guilty of this in which they keep their fighter fighting other fighters under the same promotion. However, fans want to see the best fighting the best, i dont think PBC realizes this at the moment. Charlo is at his peak but not creating any type of legacy to leave behind in the sport.

Hogan did actually beat munguia but on paper he's sitting on a lose & he still has to go up in weight. So im definitely not a fan of this fight. Liam williams or johnson would have been better options in my opinion. But looking at the wbc's ranking, the future doesn't seem all that bright for charlo as most of the ranked guys are very average. I like pbc but charlo should move to dazn after this. It would be better for his career
