sounds like kovalev is a proper scumbag. he and his friend followed her home, kovalev tried to have sex with her, and broke her nose and injured her neck when she refused. doesn't sound like there is a ton of guesswork to be done here. i expect that he gets off light in criminal court, but pays out the ass in civil court. hopefully his career is over if this is true. and shame on dazn if they've read the police report and any medical reports and let the fight go on.

The felony charge has to be effecting his state of mind and ability to focus 100% on the upcoming fight. Since this a felony charge it could result in substantial prison time for Kovalev if found guilty. The civil suit for $8 million will probably follow even if he is found innocent in criminal court.
