Does Crawford want to fight Spence? YES.
Does Spence want to fight Crawford? NO.

That is the current situation whether PBC fangimps want to try defend it or not. Call it ducking, call it playing the long game, call it what ever you want but the above yes and no is how it stands between these 2 fighters right now. Ive listened to all Spence and his management have had to say on the situation and it couldnt be any more clear. There is no reading between the lines here its as simple as right now Bud wants to fight Spence and Spence does NOT want to fight Crawford.

      It's Wilder/Joshua strategy. Crawford (Joshua/Hearn) claiming there's a contract when there isn't one.

And you know there isn't one, because the A-side hasn't announced it.

Crazy thing is that Arum was talking about Bud fighting Brook in the UK. Arum feels that that fight will sell big as does Hearn. Only problem is that Arum wants Hearn to put up the money to pay Bud and still have Arum get his way and show it on ESPN. Hearn pretty much shot that down and said Arum should come up with the money if he expects ESPN to carry the fight. Hearn would only do it if DAZN and Sky broadcast the fight. Let's be real, ESPN is losing money with top rank, they're especially losing money on Crawford and Fury fights, they can't afford to keep paying them what they are when they aren't bringing in any revenue. Big reason why Arum is trying to get joint broadcasters for Fury/Wilder and Crawford/Spence even though his fighters aren't draws and is trying to get some of the revenue Spence and Wilder bring it. It might not be much but its more than Fury and Bud

Im dying to see this fight. That said, My opponion is this matchup hasn’t marinated long enough to bring casual fans to the PPV table. Spence & management knows it. Spence isn't afraid of Crawford.
I love Crawford. Hes my favorite BUT hes small. His only way of winning a fight with Spence is to OUTPOINT him. Thats it. It can be done but wont be very exciting. Spence is a big welterweight with skills enough to make a fight of it.

They should be building up this fight with Crawford fighting TOP, WELL KNOWN challengers. Like Garcia (chicken), Thurmon (injured AGAIN), Porter, Peterson or Brook.

People keep doubting Spence. He's steam rolled most of his opponents and people said he couldn't box and had no head movement. Then he completely outclasses Mikey Garcia. Then although most people favored him to win vs Porter because of his superior boxing ability he decided to go in and show he could trade with Porter toe for toe and he won in a thrilling fight (and he showed good head movement in spots).

Spence can do it all it seems. The kid is the real deal.

Excuse #14, "contract were?, I didn't see no contract" You can guaranty one thing, A side Spence sure as hell isn't offering a contract because he knows Bud will sign it.
