Sources: Tyrone Spong has been removed from his bout with Aleksandr Usyk. Eddie Hearn announced Spong's VADA test showed an adverse finding. Usyk will still make his heavyweight debut Saturday in Chicago on DAZN, and there are at least 5 replacement opponents being considered
