why only eastern euros and british are the only europeans good at boxing?

spanish, french germans ,greek or nordic are very lackluster and has been 50 years since we have a decent non british western euro boxer.

Cause only eastern euros and british kept or gained momentum needed to be successful in this sport.

Courage, aggressiveness, dominant behavior, i believe..

Boxing is not a popular sport at all in the nordic countries. Talented athletes go mostly into other sports. Also pro boxing have suffered under legal regulation in sweden and norway.

                    Ireland.

Strange the way Italy seems to have not produced good fighters in bulk, at-least in the modern era 'I can recall David Haye having two fights with Giacobbe Fragomeni once in the amateurs and then a war in the professional ranks 'Also I think during the Ben, Eubank, Collins, Watson era there was a fairly decent Italian middle weight competing.
