Floyd was juiced. Golovkin didnt take good enough care of himself through the years and Pacquiao is a true athlete, one in a million, with psychotic discipline/workaholic(never been out of the ring over a year by his own volition, and coming back from the ko’s just shows what god-tier mental fortitude he has).

    All hail Wapakman.

The thing about Manny and Floyd is they were levels above their competiton, even at 37 or older.

Manny's movement, punches from odd angles, and the idea that he could still hurt or stop you, made him an anomaly.

As for Floyd, he did the basics waaaay better than any fighter below or above him, with the added shoulder roll and timing, he's still above other fighters.

Seeing Manny do what he did to Keith at the age of 41 says it all.
Floyd doesn’t do the basics better than any fighter, he punches with his chin in the air. Golovkin has better basics. Mayweather’s strength is definitely that he is a very intelligent fighter, and he never really lost his speed or lost much of anything until his last fight vs Berto. Even at an advanced age he was jacked and had/has big muscles hanging off his little frame, juice.d. Even Pacquiao has softened up and looks like an old man in the body.

Sports science has massively improved, fighters now look after their bodies far better than fighters of yesteryear ever could have. I’m not at all surprised at athletes having prolonged careers at the top level, it’s happening across all sports.
Look at Federer, CR7, Lebron etc
