If your trainer think you "almost" lost, that's pretty much admitting he lost.

Derevyachenko pretty much used the same strategy Jacobs used but was more effective. He was able to nullify most of Golovkin's offense by stepping around him and turning him before he could fire back. Golovkin fought hard the last 2 rounds but I didnt think that was enough.

That was a Canelo level gift.

It’s very obvious non of you can or have fought in your life

The **** people say just to think they have a point. JB is a good dude and non of yah have been around him if you not from Detroit so take your negative **** somewhere else I’m not buying it. He told GGG basic simple ass things which he didn’t apply. End of got dam story!

Banks is there to train Golovkin on how to deal with the upcoming bout and to get out of the ring the same way he walked in. Everybody screaming for Abel Sanchez to come back are ridiculous. Johnathan Banks can not be fake about Golovkins performance because it is a direct reflection on his training. Banks said he never like GGG being matched up with Derevyanchenko, and I believe that. After a hard fought contest, it's back to the drawing board. Confidence and ego boosting mean nothing if it will end up getting you seriously hurt in the long run.
I see where ur coming from. This is no young fighter on his way up that needs to be handled with care. He should not be emotionally delicate like a young man who just faced a real struggle for the first time. Banks needs to support GGG in the things he did well, but also shove the things he did poorly in his face. GGGs fighting like a man who hasent bothered to work on the things that are hurting him. Even Gatti managed to improve his boxing acumen.

Talking like this is what got Sanchez fired lol GGG doesn't like his trainers telling him the honest truth. Sanchez told GGG to his face he was losing to canelo then after the fight was sucking canelo off to the media and doing interviews saying he didn't think GGG won the fight and that GGG was not listening to his instructions or following the game plan.

Banks is basically admitting that GGG didn't win this fight and did other interviews saying GGG didn't do what they practiced in training camp.

Triple diva will prob fire banks and hv his twin brother train him. Triple diva is a cheap bastard who lowballd all top tier fighters then said they are afraid of him. Canelo will end him if they fight again

Imagine your employer chastise you and broadcast it to the world. Now imagine your employee does that. People get fired for much less let alone for creating a narrative: "Even his own trainer does not believe in him". I wouldn't blame GGG for firing Banks over this.

Pacman apparently fired Roach without even telling this to him in person, but I don't hear you, haters, say anything like that about Pacman.

Most of those guys never wanted anything to do with GGG when he was younger and most of those guys have never even been in the cross hairs because they were at 154 and didnt become relevant until at least 2017 and didnt become champions until 2018.

Saunders didnt want GGG and is at 168. Dude literally won the title in 2016 and his first defense was AFTER GGG/Canelo 1 ffs. He was also the plan if Canelo fell through the 2nd time around.

Froch wanted nothing to do with GGG and fought at 168 and retired around time talks started.

                  He koed Mackin?

Ward was at 168 and didnt want GGG when the fight could be made. He played hardball and GGG didnt bite. By the time he wanted the fight GGG didnt need him and offered 164 to which Ward said no. Ward couldn't even make 168 anymore.

Charlo and Andrade are career 154lbers who didnt even move up until around GGG challenged Canelo the first time around in 2017.

Literally you're complaining over nothing. Who did Ken Norton beat to get in the HOF?

You're so smart I want to know.
I dont know about everything else but they blatantly ducked Ward when Ward called them out after the Golovkin's team said they'd fight anybody up to 175. they sent the offer and it was turned down and they were told it could be revisited in 3 years.

I'm not gonna fault GGG for what appears to be a weak resume because the division was pretty weak when he was in his prime. He couldve got signature wins against Cotto and Sergio Martinez but they were on the decilne and didnt want the fight. Jacobs and Derevyachenko are great wins tho.
