That said, if they fought again, I’d expect Canelo to really win this time. If Golovkin hasn’t suddenly gotten old, Sergiy certainly made him look like it
Stop it! You cornballs were using that "he's old" excuse since Jacobs beat him

Based on his performance against Derevyanchenko, I think Canelo would beat Golovkin cleanly this time. And I say this as someone who scored both of the first two fights for Golovkin.

So do it already, Canelo. End any controversy. No more of this diva crap throwing belts in the trash; unify the division or move up in weight permanently. I don't think this version of Golovkin can beat Canelo and I know Andrade, Charlo, and Murata can't beat Canelo. So make the damn fights.
F THAT! DON'T make the fight!! We don't need it cuz we KNOW Nelo won both & would AGAIN!!! Time to MOVE ON!!!! NEXT!!!!!

try reading the article next time, titles on this site are often misleading...

Even before the fight took place, Canelo made it clear that a win over Derevyanchenko would not be enough.

"I am the fighter to beat, the one everyone wants to face. Since he fought with me, Golovkin, what has he done? He hasn't done anything," Canelo told TV Azteca.

"I already talked to [Golden Boy Promotions]. If they want me to fight with him, the only thing he represents is some business. If he does not represent a challenge, I will not do it. If they want the fight, break down the numbers to me and then maybe. I want another kind of challenge.

"I'm come back from facing pure world champion [in Jacobs], and now I'm climbing two divisions to fight with someone who is not coming off a loss. [Golovkin] no longer represents any challenge. I beat him, I gave him 24 rounds and he could not [beat me]. What will happen in the third? I'm going to win again, I'll even knock him out."

Your gonna knock him out are you, when you couldn't even hurt G in 24 rounds.
                Okay..
Cut it out, he hurt Pvssy-G to the body in BOTH fights.

I'm pretty sure it was Canelo who was buzzed in the 10th round of the second fight. He's just lucky G never followed up with any flush shots.

Sounds like you just looking for a prediction to be right!

Derevyanchenko was willing to do something no other Golovkin opponent has and that was chase him down to fight, yeah Canelo got three great rounds in the middle of the ring but he ain’t got that Ukraine stamina this opponent had and that’s why the fights were always close as fk. As far as I’m concerned they had two great fights with neither man outright dominating the other, it’s why a third fight is compelling to see if that changes because as it stands imo them muggas are equals and cancel each other out.

Hell I’d even like to see Canelo and Derevyanchenko now, see how he handles a dude with that kind of reservoir of energy.
That what YOU think (lie) Nelo outboxed him in the 1st fight then beat the "Mexican Style" out of him in the 2nd fight which is being
