          I’m sure he still can.
He walks around at what weight? 150? He’s a small guy.
I don’t even think either him or Floyd cut much for their weigh ins.

Not p4p no1 for me maybe in my top 10.
            Loma and Crawford are 1-2.
            Take a pick.

He doesn't even try and cut and makes 147lbs.

If he tried to cut he could make 135lbs and put 10lbs on after the weigh in.

His ring weight has been the same since Diaz

His in ring weight isn't exactly the same.

For Diaz, I believe he was 147 in the ring. For Tim Bradley, for instance, he was 151, and 152 against Mayweather.

To squeeze down to 135 effectively..? I don't know about that.

You don't need the best resume to be pfp no1. Pac always had greater resume than floyd. But Floyd was considered no1. They concluded that simply because Pac struggled with jmm?
Pac s got best resume but he's not no1 pfp now a!though still a pfp fighter. That's good as when.he's fighting and even beating thurman and spence and crawford you know Pac s taking risks.
They've got height, weight youth everything going for them. Even with thurman having comeback from injury and not looking great he still was favourite against pac as he's unbeaten, bigger, younger, fresher.

It's certainly plausible to consider Pacquiao the #1 P4P based on what he has done at this stage of his career, a natural 140lb guy fighting natural 165lb'ers.

It's also amazing to consider an outrageous conjecture that Spence advisors privately turned down a Pacquiao fight due to "money" issues with Pacquiao. Money issues.
