Very few champions have had a pro career as EASY as lil g. According to his own fans he even won 2x.

He's made a career of dragging career JMWs up & even guys as low as welter. Ishida, Canelo x2, Vanes, Brook, Rosado, Ouma etc. Like that **** is so ridiculous.

Fighting guys literally under house arrest like Wade, dragging semi-retired JMWs up like Vanes, fighting Welters like Brook, fighting someone's personal trainer like Rolls, etc.

GGG has a good (not great) career. If you look at it through that prism he’s been an enjoyable fighter to watch. He’s got a good jab and good power. Really makes for entertaining fights to watch. If not for HBO and his fans shoving him down people’s throats as some all time great GGG would be one of the most popular boxers of this era.

he actually made a few good defences too, you didnt mention them.

You also though did not mention the main thrust of your argument - that he had two titles handed to him outside the ring, which is a historic leg up we've not seen in a while, it made it very easy for him to unify just by winning one title.

How do you "drag a guy up" to fight for a title?
MW limit is 160, if you want the title you make the weight.
Of course there are fighters who wants to be called champ, but try to use a catchweight.
