Who will be the first person to drop GGG?

He recently said he's a natural 160 and his trainer said he still has a long career ahead of him, so he probably won't be going up to 168 and he's definitely never going up to 175. So can anyone at 160 drop GGG?

GGG has never been dropped in his long amateur or pro career. As he's starting to get more wear and tear as he nears 40, who will be the first person to drop GGG?

Both GGG and Derevyanchenko skipped the post fight press conference and were taken to the hospital. According to Hearn, it was just for precautionary measures, but it's possible that could just be Hearn trying to make it seem like GGG isn't that hurt.

GGG had his incredible KO streak for 8 years across 20+ fights, but he hasn't been able to stop top Middleweights like Jacobs, Canelo, and Derevyanchenko. Fighting those extra rounds with those guys also lead to him taking more hard shots, and more wear and tear. It seems like sooner or later, one of these bigger, younger guys could get at least a flash knockdown.

He took a lot of shots tonight and didn't appear too close to dropping...it is honestly hard to tell how affected he is sometimes...he just stands there and eats some of those shots up...a lot of it is probably adrenaline and he doesn't really feel it.

I don't think SD punches as hard as a few others GGG has faced though...and he probably wouldn't sit in there like that against those guys...Charlo would have a shot to catch him I think, but that fight probably won't happen.

If he sticks around long enough though, someone will probably drop him...hard to imagine it though lol...just never really seen him badly hurt

Nelo if there's an unnecessary 3rd fight.

I don't think anyone at 160, including Canelo in a third go, drops him. A blowout is another story.

pretty sure Derev had him out but GGG fell into the ref, who saved him, round 5, 0.14 seconds.

Nobody because it doesn't seem like Eddie Hearn or DAZN will want to match him up with another threat, they will try to preserve him for a Canelo trilogy. Both Hearn and Loeffler are already mentioning how he has sanctioning body obligations now.

I hope Canelo shuts the door on him for good so DAZN can realize how bad of an investment they made. They failed miserably by not getting the fight guaranteed in writing, now they must own up to it.

If he doesn't get that big check from a 3rd Canelo fight, GGG may fight into his 40s. His punch resistance may not be as great at that time.

                  Even Hagler got dropped eventually.

A good body puncher with good punch resistance will drop this fool.
