PPV is everything financially.
Dazn took a terrible subscription based approach to a niche sport.
Took a PPV Star in Canelo and made it $99 a year to watch him fight.
It’s no wonder Dazn hasn’t worked. Complete morons running that business.Comment

I was thinking that. I’ve seeb a few PBC fanboys claim Porter & Spence made $30m each but here on planet earth Dereyvchenko just destroyed their combined wage.
Funny because PBC fanboys claim Top Rank and Hearn have fighters fighting just once a year and for free. I think that’s a bogus claim too.
Put away the champagne. No need to celebrate.Comment

Behind in what ? They have the number one spot in sports now globally on their service even over ESPN. That long story you posted just sums up you are unaware other countries exist beyond the U.S which is basically what that comes down to .Comment

Figures I come on a thread knowing it would be filled with posters like you and here you are again in other men's pockets again ? HaComment

Dazn own Heavyweight division is enough to sustain it ,throw in the better roster all around and its no coincidence why PBC fight club of in house fights isn't going to last forever, everyone will get the bigger better ones at ESPN Top Rank or Dazn . When Wilder loses to Fury then they will be in real trouble.Comment

No. It's industry wide. Every time Crawford fights, ESPN reports his real guarantee as well as his commission filed purse, and his real guarantee is always way higher than his commission filed purse. In mandatory fights, the filed purses are often real, but PBC is almost always in house, so you almost never get real numbers in PBC fights.Comment
